Seven years ago, I found myself struggling too.
I was dragging myself out of bed, feeling lost, and staring at a woman in the mirror I barely recognised. 
I had no idea it was perimenopause. 
I searched for answers, but the advice was scattered, confusing, and often dismissive. 
It felt like no one understood what I was going through.

That is why I made it my mission to change that.

I went back to school.
Became a certified menopause and life coach
And developed a proven methodology to help women reclaim their energy and balance their hormones.
And feel like themselves again.
