As a mental health educator, therapist & new momma myself, I created this community with our collective care in mind. That’s why this community includes:
-organized resource library, including recommendations, education, conversations with "The Village" & more!
-a 10 week “Grounded in Postpartum & New Motherhood” workbook & video series 
-quarterly(ish) pláticas (conversations) around a wellness or mental health topic. 
-Virtual community cafecitos (on zoom) to connect & check in (next one starts mid-June)
-access to monthly events hosted by Johanna Lee
