Why me? I'm a certified health & life coach specializing in midlife women, and a yoga therapist who's been making movement and meditation accessible to people from all walks of life for over 20 years. I've done the deep dive into the research, I've lived through the symptoms myself, and I genuinely love helping women feel better. (Plus, my enthusiasm makes this stuff way more fun than it sounds!)
