Hi, I’m the creator behind Work in Progress.

I’m a mom navigating ADHD, overstimulation, and the constant mental load that comes with early motherhood. I’m not an expert or a coach — just someone creating gentle containers to slow down, reflect, and feel less alone while figuring things out.

This space is intentionally low-pressure. No perfection, no hustle, no falling behind. Just small resets, honest reflection, and permission to take what helps and leave the rest.
