Who We Are:

My name is John, and we are on a mission to restore joy to the classroom—one teacher at a time—because we believe teaching shouldn’t be this hard. We are a faith-forward organization that combines biblical wisdom with research and evidence-based practices to help teachers navigate the systemic problems in public education that lead to burnout and cause so many to walk away.

Our mission is to grow the Teacher Talk community to 500 active members by the end of 2025 and to train 10 teachers to launch their own Teacher Talk communities—broadening our reach and encouraging more teachers so they can continue to teach with joy.
