Divorce is not just a legal process. It is an emotional, psychological, and identity-shifting transition.
For women in the first couple of years of divorce or separation, it can be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming time. I understand that sometimes, there are other competing resources, hence some women put off getting support for themselves which is actually what they need. Hence, I have intentionally created this circle to be financially accessible for an emotionally challenging season.
You may be feeling:
- Overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted from trying to keep your life together
- Anxious or uncertain about the future
- Isolated, even if you have people around you
- Guilty for deciding to leave or feeling guilty for not having done enough
- Guilty for your children, and wondering if you did the right thing
- Lonely and not knowing how to cope with the loneliness
This Women’s Circle exists so you don’t have to carry this alone.
What This Women’s Circle Is About

This is a space where you can:
- Be with other women who truly understand
- Share openly or simply listen
- Ask questions and receive grounded guidance
- Have your emotions held with care and respect
- Know what stage of healing you are at, and allow yourself to heal at your own pace.
You are allowed to be exactly where you are.
