This Women’s Circle exists so you don’t have to carry this alone.

What This Women’s Circle Is

A professionally facilitated, emotionally safe support circle for women navigating the early stages of divorce.

This is a space where you can:
	•	Be with other women who truly understand
	•	Share openly or simply listen
	•	Ask questions and receive grounded guidance
	•	Have your emotions held with care and respect

There is no pressure to “move on”, stay positive, or have things figured out.

You are allowed to be exactly where you are.

About the Facilitator

I’m Sylvia Tan, a Counselling Psychologist and former Family Court psychologist.

I have supported women and families through separation and divorce for many years, and I understand both the emotional impact and the real-life complexities women face during this transition.

This Women’s Circle is not therapy and not legal advice.
It is a professionally held support space, informed by psychology, experience, and compassion.
