Our roots are in Marin County, California and Whitefish, Montana, but we’re a globally focused organization with offerings and retreats held in the most beautiful hand-picked locations, renowned for their beauty, care, and exceptional customer service.

We’re deeply passionate about authentic self-discovery, holistic health, and the true magic of bringing conscious community together. Whether through a course, wellness kit, or retreat, we offer practical strategies for longevity, resilience, and joy. Importantly, we believe all movement practices—from CrossFit to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Pilates—hold equal value depending on each individual’s physical expression, interests, and desires.
