Two system-savvy, BS-free women who believe change doesn’t have to be chaotic.

Together, we co-run Shift Happens - a community and retreat series for women (and women-aligned folks) in transition. Whether you're navigating burnout, building something bold, or quietly asking “is this it?” - you’re in the right place.

Annabel brings the systems smarts (she runs two businesses and still gets eight hours of sleep). Kate brings the facilitation magic - grounded in education, psychology, and a deep understanding of how real change happens. She’s the science-backed calm in the storm.

Together, we design real-life and online spaces that are busy minds and neurodivergent-aware, emotionally intelligent, and powered by practical tools - not hustle or hype.

So Shift.
It’s not a command. It’s a quiet invitation.
