The QualiPrime Carers Community is a professional learning and support space for experienced carers, support workers, nurses, retired nurses, and senior nursing students who want to explore or transition into independent care work as sole traders.

This community was created by a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in hospital, disability, and community care, who understands both the clinical responsibilities and the real-world challenges carers face, including income limitations, burnout, lack of guidance, and uncertainty about independence.
