North X exists to give India’s farmlands a second life —
not as real estate, not as tourism, but as living, working ecosystems.

We’re starting small.
One farm. One activation. One community at a time.
And over time, growing toward 1000+ acres that are actively lived in and cared for.

This community is for people who don’t just want to visit that shift —
but participate in it.
