2. Homeowners that have previously listed their homes, and were not successful in selling. When a listing goes "expired", it is often a very frustrating situation for homeowners. We listen to their story and offer new ways to help accomplish their goals. We have many case-studies where we've helped previously "expired" clients achieve success.
