My name is Dr. Ramu Kharel (aka NamasteDoctor). I am an emergency medicine doctor with additional expertise in public health and tropical diseases. I deeply care for health issues that affect Nepali people worldwide.

For the last three years, I have been giving public health education through my platform on TikTok (@namastedoctor) and Instagram (@namastedoc). This will be the page where all of us can come together.
