Back in 1999, as I embarked on my journey in the aesthetic laser industry, I stumbled upon a valuable resource: Kitty's Consumer Beware Board, an online forum predominantly frequented by American laser therapists. This platform became an indispensable part of my daily routine during that inaugural year. However, in recent times, I've noticed a dearth of similar forums. Driven by the desire to recreate the transparent and trustworthy environment I once cherished, I started this group. Here, my aim is to foster an atmosphere of integrity and reliability for ethical laser therapists. I firmly believe that a thriving industry benefits all stakeholders, whereas a compromised one, as I perceive it presently, undermines everyone's interests. Let me clarify, this isn't a conventional course or training program. Instead, it's a community of like-minded professionals engaging in candid conversations to support and uplift each other. The aim for this LaserCollege group is to be a vibrant community designed exclusively for laser and energy-based therapists to exchange their invaluable experiences and insights. As the moderator, I, Raymond, will oversee discussions, intervening when necessary to ensure clarity, correctness and respectful dialogue. You are welcome to ask any question related to treatments as well as the business of aesthetics. This can range from questions over equipment, service providers, marketing sales skill and so on…. Keep in mind that sometimes a question doesn’t have a ready answer and we will have to search together for the answer.
