Course Structure
Week 1: Foundations
Focus on strength, flexibility and learn the key movements like crow pose, L-sits, and jump-through transitions. Dive deeper into how you can connect with the sensations in your body, building awareness that seamlessly translates into inversions.
Week 2: Headstand
Build alignment and control for bound + tripod headstand, master safe entries and exits with wall-assisted drills to find awareness upside down, which eventually transitions seamlessly into your forearm stand and handstand.
Week 3: Forearm Stand (Pincha) Basics
Develop shoulder stability and body awareness through dolphin progressions and wall-assisted holds.
Week 4: Handstand Basics
Learn the foundations of handstands with wall-assisted drills to build straight-arm stability and conquer the fear of going upside down.
