I started writing Hello IMMA because I wanted a space to express myself outside of the treatment room.

When you’re a clinician, your focus is specific and immediate. You’re solving problems. You’re working in a limited window of time. You’re hoping your patient feels better quickly so they can move forward.

And I love that work deeply.

But after seven years of treating patients at IMMA, I found myself craving something more. I wanted to have bigger conversations — about self-growth, self-belief, and the idea that we are ultimately responsible for our own healing.

After doing a lot of inner work myself and walking alongside so many women on their journeys, I realized I didn’t just want to treat symptoms. I wanted to share ideas — the kind that shift perspective, build confidence, and spark real personal growth.
