Grounded in Madrehood

Hosted by Johanna Lee

Grounded in Madrehood is an online community for postpartum & new moms who are looking for connection, encouragement & support during the early seasons of madrehood. As a mental health educator, therapist & new momma myself, I created this community with our collective care in mind. That’s why this community includes: -monthly community cafecitos/Q&A (on zoom) to connect, check in & ask any questions you may have (note: please RSVP if interested & join within 15 minutes- Thank you for understanding). -monthly pláticas (conversations) around a wellness or mental health topic. -organized resource library, including recommendations, conversations with "The Village" & more! -a 10 week “Grounded in Postpartum & New Motherhood” workbook & series & more ALL focused on your mental health in this season. I hope you remember that you deserve to be well, rested, nourished and cared for too. Ready to Join? Foundational members get access to special "Foundations" pricing: 1) First 10 Members will gain access to the community for free! (Code: FIRST10) 2)Next 10 Members will gain access to the community for $5/month (no code needed) 3)All remaining members (20+) who join in the first 3 months of the community being founded (aka until 1/23/25) will access the community for $10/month (prices will be updated after the first 20 join to reflect this pricing). Please note: all sales are final. Want to learn more? If this is you, I see you & you (and your inner nina) deserve compassion, support, rest & wellness too! <3 Welcome!
