About Challenge

Ready to feel stronger, more energized, and aligned with your goals? Join the 21-Day Better Strength, Sleep & Energy Challenge and discover practical ways to boost your nutrition, enhance your movement, and fuel your body for sustained energy and improved strength.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Daily Checkpoints: Stay on track with small, actionable tips and reminders every day.
  • Nutrition Strategies: Learn how to shift your meal prep and planning to support sustained energy, muscle growth, and improved body composition.
  • Strength-Focused Movement: Simple, effective movement suggestions designed to build strength, enhance endurance, and optimize your energy levels.
  • Sleep Remedies: explore new and old strategies to help you fall and stay asleep better, so you can get the rest you need.
  • Empowering Support: Tools and encouragement to help you stay consistent and motivated throughout the 21 days.

This challenge is about building habits that support long-term vitality, helping you feel empowered, energized, and strong. By the end of the 21 days, you’ll not only notice a shift in your body but also in your confidence and momentum.

This challenge starts with a live zoom call on Saturday, May 3rd at 9am pst / noon est (optional & will be recorded), and continues with daily, simple written & video prompts that arrive in your email. By completing and submitting each step, you will unlock the next day's prompt. In this way, the challenge format encourages accountability and community!

You will get options for bodyweight exercises, as well as options for using equipment. If you choose to equipment outside of what could be available at a gym, you could consider these (resistance bands, weighted vest, hand weights/dumbbells and/or kettlebells). Shoot me an email if you want advice re: what weights or resistances could be good for you, if you're unsure.

Take on the challenge and show yourself what you’re capable of!

Let’s rise together! 🌟

Instructions

Consider if you want to get any equipment for the challenge to use at your home or office. You could consider resistance bands, hand weights or a kettlebell. If you are unsure, go heavier than you might have previously. I have a 20 lb kettlebell, which is just right for me to do both challenging tricep curls, as well as add some challenge to my squats. If you haven't lifted heavy things in awhile, you might get a 10 or 15 lb kettlebell (or a dumbbell).

The point with resistance training in later life, is that we need to appropriately stress our muscles and bones. So, it's okay if you cannot do 15 reps. In fact, it's probably a good thing - it means you're at an appropriate level of challenge to trigger the bone & muscle building process.

Let me know if you have questions!
