It’s true! Scientists have found that a good diet, constant workouts and good brain activity is a great combination of living longer. White society keeps talking about the first two, the third one is often overlooked.
As we grow older, we forget to work out our brain:
we take the same route to work
we talk with same people about the same things
We simply run out of things to learn and don’t push ourselves to find new challenges. But the good news is you don’t need to do a whole lot in order keep your mind sharp. And one of the easiest ways to do that is by being around other people who want to do the same. Being in the right environment is very, very important!
