Matthew Nelson is a somatic therapist, dancer, and facilitator helping people connect to the divine intelligence of their bodies through movement and awareness.  His transformative approach honors the sanctity of the individual while furthering community--recognizing that nobody creates or heals their sacred wounds alone.
