To ensure that we provide a seamless experience for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all consultations and services: ✅ Rescheduling You may reschedule your session at least 12 hours in advance using the confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling within this window ensures your session will be moved without penalty. ❌ Late Cancellations / No-Shows >Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation. >Clients who do not show up for their scheduled consultation without prior notice will forfeit the session. No refunds or reschedules will be granted in such cases. 💬 Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered. 💳 Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. Please be sure of your availability and commitment before booking a session.
