Welcome to Balance for Busy Brains

This is a quiet corner for working women who carry a lot, women whose days are filled with meetings, deadlines, kids and a mind that sometimes feels like it’s running its own race. If you’ve learned to keep things together on the outside while feeling stretched thin on the inside, you’re not alone.

I am starting community of women who get it: the effort it takes to show up every day, the pride in what you accomplish, the weight of what stays undone. Here, you can share as much or as little as you want. You can be honest about the hard days, laugh about the quirks, or just listen to stories that feel like your own.

This space is for swapping real ideas, from small tricks that help to bigger questions about balancing work and life with ADHD. It’s for finding people who know how it feels to juggle everything and still doubt yourself sometimes.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. I sure haven't. You just have to show up, however that looks for you. We’re here, ready to meet you where you are.
