Assisted Living Investment Group is an educational community designed to help individuals learn the fundamentals of starting and investing in adult family homes, senior housing, and group homes. While we do not handle the entire process for you, our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, resources, and connections needed to confidently take the next steps.  

You will learn about the industry, including business models, operational requirements, and potential challenges. We provide an overview of state and local licensing basics, covering education, training, and compliance requirements for obtaining an adult family home license. You will also gain insight into real estate and zoning considerations, learning how to find and evaluate properties that meet state and local regulations.  

Our group will introduce you to business formation and financial planning, including legal structures, costs, insurance, and funding options. You will also learn about regulatory compliance and best practices, including health, safety, staffing, and operational requirements for running a compliant adult family home.  

This educational group serves as a qualification step for potential entry into the Adult Family Home Fund, which may provide hands-on support for those looking to fully develop and operate an adult family home. While this group does not handle licensing, real estate purchases, or full setup, it will give you a strong foundation to begin your journey.
