Welcome to the 69 Days community!

I’m TomTom, a content creator based in Taipei, and together with my buddy Alex, a neuroscience expert, we’re building an LGBTQ-friendly space where science meets soul, habits meet healing, and personal growth gets a whole lot gayer.

Real change takes time and research shows it takes 69 days to form a lasting habit. Our community is here to guide you through that journey using a mix of ancient philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience, all delivered with warmth, wit, and a little sparkle.

What do we do?

We host D.O.S.E., a sober dance party designed to naturally boost your Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins. At our first two events, 100 fabulous humans danced, laughed, met with a dating coach, made art, and got tarot readings, massages, and mocktails...all without a drop of alcohol.

After DOSE, we launched our first 9 Days to a Natural Buzz Challenge. If you'd like to join us for this alcohol-free challenge, new launches happen every Monday.

We also lead a Mindfulness Meditation Walk, guiding a group of lovely humans through various calming forms of meditation in a gorgeous Taipei park. Soon, we'll release the 9 Days to Mindfulness Challenge.

And this is just the beginning!

We’re now building out our flagship 69-day challenges: starting with 69 Days to a Happy Gay Life, designed exclusively for gay men who are ready to stop feeling stuck and start living with pride, purpose, and power. Fitness, nutrition, money, and more are on the way.

Every challenge is launched with an IRL event, because we believe transformation should be joyful, embodied, and shared with others.

We’re based in Taipei but have our eyes set on Manila, Bangkok, and beyond.
