We’re going on a 7-day mission to level up by eating the right stuff—protein! Why? Because protein helps you build strong muscles, keeps you feeling full, and gives you that boost to feel great every day. And trust me, after this week, you’ll be amazed at how awesome you feel! 😎

How to Join the Wynning Protein Challenge 💥

  1. Weigh Yourself: Step on the scale to see how much you weigh. Whatever that number is, that’s how many grams of protein you need each day. For example, if you weigh 65 pounds, aim for 65 grams of protein a day!
  2. Make a Plan: Plan out how you’re going to hit your protein goal. You’ll get protein ideas every day to help you, like snacks and meals.
  3. Eat Protein Every Day: For 7 days, eat the right amount of protein based on your weight. Don’t worry, we’ll give you tips and ideas for what to eat every day!
  4. Track Your Protein: Use an app like MyFitnessPal, a food scale, or even ask Siri or Alexa to find out how much protein is in your food. Keep track of what you eat so you know you’re hitting your goal.
  5. Join the Fun: Comment about your progress using #WynningSquad on social. Show us your meals, snacks, and how you’re doing in the challenge!
  6. Finish Strong: After 7 days, look back and see how far you’ve come! You’ll feel stronger, more energized, and ready for anything! 💪
