


21-Day Somatic Reset Challenge .
Do you feel you're close to burnout and overwhelm? Exhausted but can't seem to actually rest? Tense in some areas of your body? Do you you find yourself in a constant mental freeze/flight/fight mode? This practice is here just for you.
A somatic reset is NOT a physical workout challenge, instead, it is a practice to attain and sustain mental calmness and physical vitality in your everyday life.
In 21 days, you will go through 3 stages focusing on breathwork which is a very important component of the entire practice. And as you re-train your breath in 11 days, you will notice mind and body awareness in the process. You will begin to notice your mind trickling down into calmness and your body relaxing & softening. Once the body and mind is calm and stable, gentle movement and deeper meditation is integrated for a full spectrum of healing and transformation.
Some days will feel easy, others may feel challenging, and all of it is part of the process. This is where we will help and guide you all throughout the process. Allow your breath to be your anchor, and to give yourself permission to move at your own pace.
With discipline and dedication, you will come out of this 21-day challenge CALM, STABLE with VITALITY, on your way to THRIVE in life.

The person who completes first will WIN the challenge and claim the price after event has ended.
You don't need all the required props straight away. We will focus on breath training in the first half of the challenge. Gentle movement will be integrated in the second half where some/all of the required props will be very helpful for you.
SUNDAY checkpoints are mainly where we slowly start to shift and integrate each components of the practice.
WEDNESDAY checkpoints are mostly check-ins with everyone. We will go through Q&A and practice together if needed.
