Bring into the light parts of yourself that may have been keeping you stuck, beliefs you didn't realise you held, or uncover gems from your subconscious that help explain who you are and why you do the things you do.
In the 'Discover Yourself' poetry challenge, Heidi will help you choose an area of your mind to explore, such as a persistent belief you can't shift, or an urge you consistently repress, or a trigger you want to understand more deeply.
Over 7 days, she will offer you a series of writing prompts to help you explore some of your more painful thoughts and beliefs with love and curiosity, and hopefully lead you to a sense of empowerment and relief as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and experience a subtle shift in your perspective of who you are.
You will need to dedicate around 30 minutes per day to the challenge.
Try to set aside the same time each day in a place where you will not be disturbed.
