🔒 Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Payments

• Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.
• All payments are processed securely via [Stripe/PayPal/etc.], and are non-refundable once processed.
Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date.

2. Free Trials / Discounts

If a trial or promotional offer is provided, renewal will occur automatically at the full price once the trial ends.
• By signing up, you agree to be charged once the trial period ends, unless canceled in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

•You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after a payment has been processed.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

• If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times before pausing access to your account.
• If you dispute a valid charge (such as an auto-renewal you did not cancel) and mark it as fraud, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and block access to future services.
• False fraud claims are taken seriously and may be reported to the relevant payment platform for review.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital content and community access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• We do not issue refunds for unused time, accidental renewals, or failure to cancel in time.
• Refunds may only be granted in cases of duplicate charges or system errors, at our discretion.

6. Pricing Changes

* We may adjust pricing in the future. Active members will be notified at least 7 days in advance before any changes apply to their subscription.
