Welcome to the workshop 'Yoga For Everyone'.
This is a 60mins Yoga Workshop on Saturday, 13th April, 2024 from 6:30am IST to 7:30am IST.
The workshop is being hosted by Urmi Pandya, an International Yoga Teacher & Player. Urmi is a Gold Medalist in Traditional Yogasana Sports & Silver Medalist at 4 international Yoga competitions.
βͺοΈ In this workshop, we'll be practising:
- Yoga Asanas & Pranayama
- Surya Namaskar
- Different Yoga poses (Standing, Sitting & Lying down)
βͺοΈ What are the benefits of Yoga?
- Improve Flexibility & Strength: Enhance your physical capabilities with various yoga poses.
- Reduce Stress: Learn pranayama techniques to manage and lower stress levels.

βͺοΈ Important Tips for students attending the workshop:
- Students are required to wear comfortable clothes.
- If you have, please keep Yoga Props handy (Yoga belt, Yoga blocks or Pillow)
- Students from the India/Asia region should NOT have a heavy meal before the workshop, since they'll be attending this workshop early morning.
- This Workshop is NOT recommended if have any major health issues
