TRYBZ is a member-led club, bringing the gay and queer community together through real-life shared experiences, and above all, good vibes.

From fitness to culture, adventure to wellness - we curate exciting activities by partnering with leading LGBTQ+ sports clubs, organisations, and local businesses. We also encourage members to share their passions by hosting member events.

Tomi Kufel is a fitness professional, personal trainer, and Les Mills instructor with a passion for helping people elevate their health, wellbeing, and potential. Born in Poland and raised in Norway, he has spent years honing his expertise in movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. In 2023, he completed a five-month course in Los Angeles studying Jainism, Hinduism, and Yoga, deepening his understanding of mind-body connection and holistic health practices.

Tomi is a licensed personal trainer certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) in the U.S. and has been a Les Mills instructor since 2018, teaching BodyBalance, BodyPump, and BodyCombat classes. Known for his energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to his participants, he creates empowering experiences in every class.

Whether leading group fitness sessions or coaching one-on-one, Tomi combines movement, mindfulness, and motivation to help people achieve their goals and feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
