Ride: Rhythm

This session is all about connection: to the beat, to the ride, to the room, to our members. No numbers, no leaderboards, just you, your pedals, and a beat. You’ll be guided through sound-driven intervals, drops and rises, all synced to tracks that make you move. Sweat, dance, lose yourself, find strength.

Key Information

⏰ Meet between 10:30-10:45 to check-in and change

⏱️ Studio doors open at 10:45 to collect your cleats and start setting up. Class runs 11:00-11:45

💧 Bring: water, change of clothes, gym kit (cleats provided)

🚿Facilities: showers and towels available on site

👋 Post-class social: stick around for shakes & coffee in the Revolt lounge
