What to expect
This Re.HIIT full-body strength session is a high-energy, functional circuit combining strength and cardio. It’s challenging but accessible, and open to all levels, whether you’re easing back in or ready to push yourself.

We’ve teamed up with Rumble and fresh food partner Calo* to create a complete experience. Expect a post-workout recovery meal included, plus time to socialise on-site with fellow TRYBZ members.
