Join us for our second collaboration with Matt from Lunges in Leggings, following this summer’s bootcamp.
This session is Matt’s take on a classic calisthenics class. Expect a total-body blend of strength, mobility, flexibility and skill-based movement, designed to help you build control, improve balance and move better.
Expect a mix of bodyweight drills, rings, box work, handstands, weights, and other kit. You’ll work through a variety of movements and short circuits to develop strength, coordination and confidence across your whole body.
