After a lot of thinking…I have decided to launch the first-ever fitness trip. And you’re invited.

Introducing the first ever Fitness trip to Dubai 🌴🇦🇪
Dates: 25 - 30 November 2023
How is this different from a normal trip?
On this trip, you will still see Dubai highlights and have fun. That’s the basics.
Here is a list of what you will see
But in addition to that,
Every day we will have 1-2 hours of group exercise with a PERSONAL COACH.
🍽️ We will have CALORIE COUNTED food for the whole group so you won’t eat more than 2,000 calories that day.
😴 We will make sure we sleep 7-8 hours per day.
🥗 We will have education sessions on all things nutrition and fitness.
And most importantly, we will have a group of people around you who will push you to be fit and healthy.
You can expect to lose 1-2% of body fat or 1-2 kg in just one week.
This may be the spark you need to start an active lifestyle in 2024 and change your lifestyle forever.
