Hi, I’m Claudine. My unofficial title is Chief Comedic Officer. My real work is helping high-performing professionals get unstuck — quickly, intelligently, and with an unshakeable sense of self.

I’m Claudine.

I work with leaders at the point where logic, frameworks, and intelligence stop being enough.

My background is in improv and high-stakes performance  not as entertainment, but as training for presence, judgment, and decision-making when conditions are uncertain and the stakes are real.

In 2008, a top agent told me I was “too large for the industry.”

He was right about one thing.
The room was too small.

This space exists so serious leaders are no longer thinking, deciding, or carrying responsibility alone in rooms that can’t hold them.
