This is for kind founders, community builders and leaders, and global visionaries who value authentic connection, shared wisdom, and slow networking. This is not a typical business event — it’s a living ecosystem of ideas, heart, and growth.

🌺 The Experience

Set in the lush gardens of Spiral Madeira, a nature-inspired sanctuary for art, community, and presence, this gathering invites you to relax into deep conversations and organic connections.

We bring together a small intimate group of 20 visionary founders and community leaders to exchange visions, ideas, strategies and networks in order to make impact through community building.

It will be a facilitated afternoon where we start with expanding our network together by sharing our visions and missions during a beautiful tea ceremony. After 2 hours of masterminding, we are invited to enjoy the Banja, a traditional Slavic Sauna experience to fully reset in the raw nature of Madeira Island.

The banya (steam ceremony) is an integral part of Spiral culture — a ritual that brings awareness back to the body, to the here and now, through the four elements, healing herbs, sound, and immersion in the cool mountain levada.

Program Highlights:
🌿 3:00-3.30: Welcome, forest tea ceremony, fruits & connection time
🧠 3.30–5:00 PM – Collective Mastermind: Building Networks & Communities
💡 5:00–7:00 PM – Banya Ceremony
🌙 7:00–8:00 PM – Relax and network

🧺 What to Bring

Towel, blanket, swimwear, something warm for the evening, flip-flops, and your open, creative spirit.

We provide tea, fresh fruits and healthy snacks and access to the Banja.
