📜 The Code of Conduct (Read Before Joining)

We protect our culture fiercely. To keep this community high-value, we have 5 non-negotiable rules:

1. Zero "Bro-Marketing" & Spam
No sliding into DMs to sell your services. No "I can fix your SEO" spam. If you provide value, the leads will come to you naturally. Solicitation = Immediate Ban.

2. The "Give First" Rule
You cannot ask for a job, a favor, or a fix until you have helped two other members or introduced yourself properly. We are a collective, not a helpdesk.

3. Signal Over Noise
No "Good Morning/Good Night" forwards. No political debates. Every message should add value to someone's career or business.

4. Data Over Gut-Feel
When you ask for feedback on a design or a campaign, bring the data. Don't tell us what you "feel" works; show us what the numbers say.

5. English Only
To maintain professional standards across our diverse South Indian community, all official communication is in English.
