At the end of each day, take a few minutes to journal or reflect. Write down one thing you’re grateful for, an insight gained, or any shifts in energy you noticed. Express gratitude for the cleansing work and any progress, no matter how small.
Weekly Reset & Reflection:
At the end of each week, take time for a deeper reflection. Use the following prompts to guide you:
