Instructions

Before You Begin: Challenge Instructions

Each daily challenge is designed to take 10–15 minutes.
If you can dedicate 30 uninterrupted minutes, you may experience deeper clarity — but this is optional, not a requirement.

What You’ll Need

  • A pen and paper (strongly recommended)

    While notes on your phone are acceptable, writing by hand creates deeper awareness and reflection. For this challenge, try to stick with pen and paper.


Step 1: Park Your Worries (Mental Reset)

Before you begin, let’s clear some mental space.

  1. Take a sheet of paper.
  2. Imagine that every worry, tension, or stress you’re carrying is a physical object — something you can touch.
  3. Write one word per worry on the paper. No explanations. Just one word for each.

Once written, treat these words as the issue itself.
You have now taken them out of your mind and placed them onto the paper.

Fold the paper and place it:

  • Inside your bag
  • In a box
  • Or anywhere physically away from you

The intention is simple:
For the next 15–30 minutes, these thoughts are safely parked.

After completing the challenge, you may return to this paper and read it if needed — allowing those worries to come back safely and consciously. 🙂


Step 2: Set Your Space

Choose an environment where you feel calm and comfortable.

  • Silence is preferred, as it reduces distractions
  • However, silence is not mandatory

If you feel relaxed in a:

  • Park
  • Café
  • Quiet public space

…and can sit without distraction or insecurity, that space is perfectly suitable.

The goal is comfort and presence, not perfection.


Step 3: Optional Grounding (Highly Recommended)

If it feels right for you:

  • Search for a 10-minute guided meditation or relaxation audio
  • Sit comfortably and follow along before starting the challenge

This step is optional, but it helps quiet mental noise and improves clarity.


Step 4: Begin the Challenge

You’re now ready.

Approach the challenge with:

  • Honesty
  • Openness
  • No pressure to “do it perfectly”

There are no right or wrong answers — only awareness.


Final Note

This challenge is not about fixing everything at once.
It’s about creating space — and that’s where real change begins.
