It’s not a traditional training. You’ll receive a short, focused teaching (15–20 minutes), followed by guided implementation time where you actively work on your business.

3. Who is this session for?
This session is ideal for female entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and service providers who already have ideas or knowledge but struggle to consistently implement and execute.

4. Do I need to be part of the Idea to Profit: GLOW in Balance program to attend?
No. While the concepts come from the program, the session is open to anyone who wants structured implementation support.

5. What will I walk away with?
You’ll leave with real work completed—clear progress on a specific business task, clarity on next steps, and momentum to keep going.

6. Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
Come with one business task or area you’d like to work on, a notebook, and the ability to focus for 90 minutes. Laptops are recommended.

The session runs for 90 minutes, including teaching, implementation, and reflection.
