When you watch the recording, notice what you do well.
What needs the improvement.
Record again.
Till the result is good enough.

3. Share that video outside your comfort zone.
For some of you, posting it in this chat is already a big step.
For others, it might be social media.
Choose your edge.

4. Deadline - by the end of February.
