This gentle mini course helps you understand how past lives shape your relationships, patterns, and emotions in this lifetime. Over three days, you’ll explore soul memories, learn to recognize unresolved karma, and experience a simple past-life visualization to reveal the lessons your soul is healing now.

Every soul carries stories. Some are beautiful, some are painful, and some remain unfinished. These stories travel with you from lifetime to lifetime, weaving themselves quietly into your present experiences. Many of the connections you form — the instant bonds, the unexplainable attraction, the sudden conflict, the deep familiarity — are echoes of relationships you have lived before.



On this first day, you will learn to see your relationships not as random encounters but as threads of a much older tapestry. You may recognize why certain people trigger you so deeply, why some feel like home even when you’ve just met, or why you keep meeting the same type of person in different bodies. Past lives influence the way you love, the lessons you return to, the wounds you carry, and even the people your soul chooses again and again.



Take time today to reflect on the connections in your life that feel fated, heavy, or strangely significant. These are often doorways to memories you haven’t fully remembered yet.

DAY 1 — How Past Lives Shape Your Relationships

Unresolved karma is not punishment. It is simply unfinished learning. When something in a past life ended abruptly — with betrayal, abandonment, conflict, loss, or unspoken truth — the energy of that experience may follow you into this lifetime, layering itself into your emotions and choices.
