 💛 Why I Created This Circle

As moms, we carry so much — the emotional weight, the invisible labor, the constant holding of everyone around us.
I created Pause: Women’s Circle to offer a soft space where you don’t have to be strong, productive, or “fine.”

A space where you can breathe.
A space where you can be held.
A space where you can return to yourself — gently, compassionately, moment by moment.

 🌿 Meet Your Guide — Jacqui

I’m a mindful living coach, a mom of twin boys, and a woman who has navigated overwhelm, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together.

Through mindfulness and daily pauses, I discovered how to soften instead of push, how to breathe through difficult seasons, and how to create inner steadiness no matter what life brings.

Now, I guide women around the world back to their calm, their clarity, and their inner wisdom.
This circle is my invitation for you to do the same.
