Jacqui is originally from Botswana and has been an expat since 2009 — living in Zanzibar, Hong Kong, Australia, and now Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with her family.
Over the years, she carried loneliness, overwhelm, and silent emotional weight — even when her life looked “fine” on the outside. She struggled with identity, purpose, and the pain of being unable to work, feeling financially dependent, and questioning her worth. On the surface, she smiled. Inside, she felt invisible, disconnected, and alone.
Her healing began through simple, gentle practices — mindful breathing, journaling, meditation, and women’s circles where she could finally show up as herself without pretending to be okay.
Today, Jacqui is a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher and ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Women's Circle Facilitator devoted to creating soft, safe, nurturing spaces for expat mothers around the world. She guides women back to their calm, their voice, and their inner steadiness — so they no longer have to carry their struggles in silence.
