Many people describe me as a traveler. Indeed, I have visited more than 60 countries, married an American and collaborated with companies internationally, from Ireland to Australia. However, my true interest isn't sightseeing but gaining perspective. I enjoy understanding how people, processes, and tools can align together providing value to the world.
That same curiosity shaped how I lead. I've been 20 years in tech and the last 10 working remotely. I’m a goal-driven engineer at heart, but what drives me is fixing broken systems inside teams, delivery functions, and businesses that are scaling faster than their operations can handle. I typically work with software-driven companies, but I apply the same principles to any team needing better execution.

What I've done
===========
· Increased an engineering team's productivity by 3X in a few months without adding new members, just by improving their processes.
· Redesigned the go-to-market strategy and sales processes for a startup struggling to acquire clients, increasing new clients by 4X in under a year.
· Created and grew a new business unit generating $5 million annually by identifying and fixing gaps in the delivery process that caused frequent client complaints.

What I do differently
===============
What sets me apart from other leaders is my perseverance. I do not mind pursuing a goal for weeks, months or even years if that is what it takes to get there. I am deeply people-focused, highly collaborative, and fluent across functions such as delivery, sales and product. Above all, I believe things should be simple. I take pride in turning complex ideas into something anyone on the team can understand and act on.

Why I do it
========
I believe operational excellence creates freedom for everyone. Freedom to focus, grow, and lead without friction.
