I’ve been where you are. As a mum of two teenagers, both with neurodivergent diagnoses, I’ve faced the dark days, the endless guilt, and the overwhelming sense of losing myself in the chaos. But I also know what it takes to rise from that place and create a life that feels true to who you are.

This challenge isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. It’s about taking back your voice, your joy, and your identity, one step at a time.

Step 2: Join the Daily Live Video Trainings

Each day, Bree will go live in the Facebook group (click here to join) for a short, interactive session packed with insights, tools, and actionable steps. Can’t make it live? Don’t worry—replays will be available so you can catch up anytime.

Step 3: Complete the Daily Worksheets

Each training comes with a short worksheet designed to help you reflect on what you’ve learned, uncover your truths, and practice new tools in real-time. These exercises are quick and impactful, fitting easily into your busy day.

Step 4: Engage with the Community

Share your thoughts, breakthroughs, and questions in the group - either here on this platform or within Facebook. Connect with other mums who understand what you’re going through and celebrate your progress together. Community support is a vital part of this challenge.

Step 5: Reflect & Take Action
