This is an initiative to build, develop and communicate the awareness of mental health, health-consciousness & wellbeing.

Health-consciousness and well-being are important in human life. Mental health is becoming one of important issue around the world & critically, there is a need to raise awareness & educate about the signs or symptoms as well as normalize the idea of open talk or dialogue in the general population.

The initiative is using articles, messages, storytelling, motivational words, educational program, courses, media communication, digital products and social activities as the core activity.
