About

The Art of Being: Play. Connect. Lead.

A People Ops Collective experience in collaboration with SOS Strategy Group.

A leadership playground exploring longevity, caregiving, and intergenerational wisdom.

About the Experience

The Art of Being is a creative leadership studio designed for founders, professionals, retirees, students, and leaders across generations to rediscover clarity, connection, and edge.

Hosted by People Ops Collective, this Leadership Playground uses play, reflection, and dialogue to unlock new ways of thinking about leadership, longevity, and care in a changing world.

In collaboration with SOS Strategy Group, the experience also offers structured reflection and systems-level thinking on how humans and ecosystems grow together – through self-awareness, intentional design, and meaningful connection. And welcome, Chief Storytelling Officer, Ash Lamba, Orientum.

Participants leave with fresh perspective, unexpected connections, and language for the season of leadership they are currently navigating.

Focus: Aging, Caregiving, and Leadership Longevity

We are intentionally expanding the conversation around leadership to include the realities of an aging society and the often invisible labor of caregiving.

Leadership in this season of life is not only about performance.

It is about how we show up for:

  • Our seniors
  • Our families
  • And the systems that support dignity, care, and continuity

We believe lived experience is one of the most underutilized leadership assets. This space intentionally brings generations together so leadership wisdom – patience, perspective, and depth – can be shared rather than siloed.

This experience invites participants to explore how we design more compassionate, inclusive environments that support:

  • Long-term human capacity
  • Dignity in aging
  • Resilience for caregivers and communities

This is leadership for the long game.

The Flow

I. The Collective

Arrive, settle in, and connect with a curated group of founders, professionals, students, local businesses, and ecosystem partners. This is a high-integrity room, intentionally designed for meaningful interaction.

II. The Process of Play

A creative immersion into color and form.

This is a leadership development playground – a space to engage without performance pressure or a “final outcome.”

By focusing on process over polish, participants reconnect with their internal leadership style through curiosity and exploration.

III. Connection & Dialogue

Guided reflection and open dialogue bridge the creative process with professional insight.

Strategic ROI (for Sponsors & Partners)

  • Access a curated, cross-generational network of decision-makers, founders, students and leaders
  • Build trust through presence and contribution, not pitching
  • Participate in a high-integrity ecosystem designed for long-term collaboration, referrals, and shared growth

Sponsorship and vendor opportunities are available upon request.
