Welcome to our 10,000 steps challenge! This is hosted by Akash Rai (oversmart.underconfident) and Somrita Bhattacharya (atirm0s). I, Akash Rai have lost 32 kgs in 6 months. And I Somrita Bhattacharya took the 10,000 steps challenge and got amazing results, also got to connect with more than 3 lakh people on Instagram.


This challenge is designed to build an amazing habit for those looking to get fit or lose weight. It is a very simple and extremely effective exercise. It can be done by anyone, a beginner, or a pro. It is impactful for everyone. The best part is it can be done anytime, anywhere.


Join the challenge if you are looking to be consistent in your journey or struggling with accountability. You get to be a part of an amazing community who have and will be benefitting from this challenge. Well, this challenge also includes REWARD for the winners.



Rules:

1. Goals is to finish 7*10,000 = 70,000 steps in a week. (So, no worries if you miss daily target, you can make it up in the whole week)

2. Use the Any App/Smart Watch on your phone to track the steps.

3. Do not use the vehicle to finish the steps. LOL! PS: we will check your pace


Warnings:

1. Don’t forget to hydrate

2. Consult your physician if you suffer from any cardiac disease, respiratory disorder or any disorder that puts you at risk
