A gentle and therapeutic way of yoga that is focused on promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing after physical or mental stress, injury, or fatigue. What are the poses? The yoga poses can be simple and basic, allowing everyone to deeply relax and release tension. How it usually looks like? The session can be holding the poses for longer durations (3 min and longer) to allow the body time to settle into a state of calm. Who can join? Everyone of all ages and fitness levels, as it doesn't require strength or flexibility. It is particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain, as the gentle nature of the practice aids in healing and gentle stretching. What to expect? - Slow-paced - Gentle Practice - Supportive Props (bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, etc.) - Longer Pose Holds (3 minutes or more) - Deep Relaxation and Stress Relief - Mindfulness and Meditation - Improved Flexibility and Mobility - Healing and Recovery Support - Sense of Renewal and Inner Peace and smile during practice!
